Detailed Description State purchase of contactless plastic cards for the health and social service of the City Hall

1.2.1 The object of purchase (card):
1.2.1.1 must be a contactless plastic card (contactless smart card) and meet the ISO 14443 A standard, and the dimensions of the card must meet the ISO CR-80 standard;
1.2.1.2 must be equipped with a chip with equivalent parameters of the Mifare 1k (MIFARE MF 1 CS50) chip;
1.2.1.3 should be printed on both sides with high-quality offset printing technology in four colors (full color) on the entire surface (overprint);
1.2.1.4 the unique serial number of the card must be engraved in the form of a 10-digit number (in decimal system) and the 10-digit number of the unique serial number of the aforementioned chip must be affixed in the form of a barcode;
