- Personalization of the RNV tickets in 4-color thermal sublimation printing, one-sided, according to template and data with VDV-KA barcode (plastic cards with VDV-KA barcode and paper templates are provided by rnv)
- Personalization of the customer letter (laser printing black or colored (stationery is provided by rnv)
- Complete ready for dispatch (merging cover letter and plastic card, address comparison, matching the card with the cover letter and enveloping (envelopes are provided by rnv)
- Franking and shipping (frank for Deutsche Post (postage costs are calculated separately in advance) for shipping.
