Detailed Description Supply of Smart Cards and Related Products

Pleased to invite tenders for the supply of smart cards and related products. The successful Provider must be able to provide all of the essential products, i.e. cards, lanyards and holders to the required specification (full details provided in the ITT document). Although volumes can't be guaranteed, the orders are in the region of 40,000 cards every year.

Currently operates a Kaba access control system utilising a Legic Prime MIM1024 chip across the majority of the campus. Mifare PLUS SE 1K chips are also used in some areas of the campus so both single and dual chip cards are required. Potential Providers MUST be able to provide cards with these specific chips. Also looking at migrating to ADVANT chips during which time CTC chips will be used, so Providers must also be able to provide CTC and ADVANT chips.
