Detailed Description Provincial Equipment Asset Asset Inventory Tag System

The Proponent is required to perform a staged province-wide audit of Infrastructure Management equipment located within facilities. Each facility shall receive an on-site visit by the Proponent. The visit shall be pre-scheduled and the Proponent will be accompanied by designated SHA guide staff while on-site. During the on-site visit the Proponent must locate relevant equipment and systems and affix a unique asset tag while concurrently removing or defacing any old historical tags and populating a spreadsheet with key equipment details. The Proponent will provide all asset tags according to an approved template and will provide the final populated spreadsheet(s), the template, a supply of extra tags and printing devices to the SHA as part of the project. ....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
