Purchase of ticket management device for CAF trams III.

The number of ticket holders to be purchased is 80 and an additional 24 as an option.
Ticket management devices must be installed in the vehicle that meet the following conditions:
- The equipment is suitable for communication via a serial (RS 485) communication port.
- The device must be controllable by the OBU, but in the event of a loss of control by the OBU, it must operate in autonomous mode.
Detailed technical requirements (In detail: Technical Description)
- The equipment must be suitable for communication via a serial (RS 485) communication port and the IBIS protocol. A detailed description of the data structure and protocol used by the device, as well as a detailed wiring diagram and operation and maintenance description must be attached to the product description.
