Detailed Description Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Digital Loyalty Card Program

DeCA plans to introduce a new Digital Loyalty Card Program that is easy to register for and integrates with their current Point of Sales (POS) solution. DeCA’s current POS is Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) and DeCA patrons utilize Click2GO for mobile grocery ordering service, that currently allows for simple user identification number using phone numbers. Click2GO is an online grocery ordering system that allows patrons to order from a mobile application or from online and have groceries ready to pick up curbside. DeCA is looking for a Digital Loyalty Card Program solution that encourages customers to continue buying a company's products or services, by providing loyalty rewards. These rewards can be in the form of discounts, freebies, exclusive offers, targeted promotions, and rewards exclusively for loyalty card holders.
