Detailed Description EPZ Access Control Upgrade

Replacement of the building’s existing access system(s) with an expansion of the Lenel S2 Net Box system and an all Mercury hardware (no exceptions) access control system at WFO El Paso. The IP-enabled access control system, at WFO El Paso, will also have an associated intercom system. The software, controllers, and PIV card readers (OSDP capable) shall meet the requirements of HSPD-12 and FIP-201 and be capable of reading government Common Access Card (CAC).
