3. The scope of the subject of the order includes (applies to both parts of the order):

a) preparation of 320,000 Sets (consisting of at least one PVC card, cover letter, packed in an envelope), including the service of card preprinting and applying a hologram to the card, printing the cover letter and their personalization and packaging,
