Detailed Description Tamper Evident Labels - 2024 Primary Election

1) Rectangular 1 x 4” blue and red tamper evident label.
2) Labels must show “State of Maryland” . Labels must individually numbered, with a five or six figure number, with a two number prefix, in the format 00-000000. This number must also be shown as a Code-128b barcode. An example is shown below.
3) Barcode on blue labels must have white background to assist barcode scanning
4) Number must be a minimum 30pt.
5) Tamper evident label must not leave residue when removed.
6) Labels must be supplied in rolls of 1,000.
