Detailed Description Asset Bar Code Labels

SPECIFICATIONS: 6,000 (1,000 per roll) laminated white vinyl and they need to be very durable and tamper resistant. NOTE: THERMAL TRANSFER LAMINATION.
A. SIZE: 1.5 inches x .75 inches
B. STOCK: White void polyester, laminated with clear polyester, 2mil. Label adhesive must be permanent.
C. PRESSWORK: Tag numbers run from EYS0000001 and end at End at EYS0006000, 1,000 per roll
D. INK: black
E. BINDERY: roll labels on 3” core, 1000 per core. Rounded corners, waste removed
F. TYPESETTING: Awarded may need to set two lines of text, bar code and number.
G. SUPPLIED TO VENDOR: Black and white copy of voided label will be furnished to the selected vendor. Return all state supplied materials to the proof to person.
H. PROOF: Department of Youth Services (The proof Should be updated to include the requested EYS numbering)
