Detailed Description Smart Fare Cards - Addendum

Card Requirements:
1. Quantity: 110,000 in four different print designs (detailed below)
2. Technology: MiFare Desfire
a. Any of the following versions: EV1, 2, or 3
b. Any of the following memory amounts: 2k, 4k, or 8k
c. Static UID
3. Size: 3.4” x 2.1” x 0.3” (approximate)
4. Material: PVC
5. Custom Printing: both sides, glossy finish, include printed unique identification number on each.
6. No encoding necessary, to provide an Excel/CSV file with Unique Identification (UID) numbers
and printed identification number.
7. Printed unique 8-digit number on each card, cross referenced with the Unique Identification (UID)
number in the Excel/CSV file.
