Detailed Description Acquisition and implementation of a digital fingerprinting system

Supply and installation of 14 Live Scan digital fingerprinting workstations capable of scanning, capturing, storing, printing and electronically transmitting fingerprints, palm prints and mugshot records in the defined NIST format to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) and to the RCMP’s Real Time Identification (RTID) centre. One of each fixed stand-alone workstation will be installed in each of the 14 police stations. Each of the workstations will connect to one server, located in KRG’s head office in Kuujjuaq.
