Detailed Description Supply of Non Paper Printing Services - Quantity Based - CGHS card; Digital; PVC (as per ISO/IEC 7810) - Qty 100,000

1. Approximately 1 lakh cards are to be prepared for the CGHS beneficiaries in Nagpur a year. Approximately 100 lost cards are reprinted in a year.
2. Since card preparation is an on-going process, the cards would be generated in bulk on a fortnightly basis through the empanelled agency. The number of cards may increase or decrease as per requirement of O/O-The Additional Director, CGHS Nagpur
3. The agency will be empanelled by CGHS Nagpur for this work for a period of one year. The empanelment can be extended for a further period of one year through mutual written consent.....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
