Detailed Description Install Card Access System on Building Exterior & Upgrade Master Key System

General Scope of work to include removals and installation of Card Access System & Upgrade Master Key System. Work of this Contract includes but is not limited to:
1.Selective demolition as described on the drawings and as necessary to accommodate the construction of new card access and master key systems.
2.Supply and installation of firestopping as required to meet NBC.
3.Supply and installation of new card access, and systems as indicated.
4.Supply and installation of master key system as indicated.
5.Supply and install EMT conduit, wiring and boxes for added system devices.
6.Final testing and verification of all new systems.
