Detailed Description Photo ID-Systems and Supplies

Contractor should be capable of providing a complete photo ID system and supplies, to include any necessary training for DOC staff on use of equipment and software. The DOC may elect to purchase various elements of a photo ID system. This could include a completely new system, or supplies and commodities that integrate to the DOC’s existing photo ID systems, Zebra ZXP Series 7. Contractor’s systems must be able to operate in stand-alone or network configurations. A complete ID card system should include, but not be limited to, digital cameras, digital card printers, laminator, software (desktop or web-based), full color ribbons, cables and accessories, badge holders, neck lanyards, visitor passes, and other associated supplies.
