Creation and operation of a system for time recording, access control and personnel deployment planning, including the provision of hardware, software and services for the creation, implementation and support of the system.

The procurement of the following goods or services is intended:
•Procurement of licenses and, if necessary, required hardware for the expansion and modernization of the system already existing for the prison system to all departments of the Hessian judiciary with around 90 new departments and 16,000 employees, plus the additional requirement of access control
