Detailed Description Migration of access control to the Cube micro-sesame solution

The City of Grenoble has set up a centralized access control management system for 19 sites, based on TIL technologies (Proxil and Mifaire), to guarantee the security of people and property. This system is currently based on an IT infrastructure comprising a Windows Server 2012R2 server and a SQLServer 2012 database.
