The following list summarizes the major functionality required for the golf management software:
• Tee time scheduling
o Customer driven
o Clubhouse driven
o Visibility for each golf course to see schedule for all golf course to redirect customers
• Inventory management that includes ability to establish stocking levels
o There is no central warehouse, so the software must be able to report inventory at each clubhouse
o Alerts when inventory items fall to stock level values
• Point-of-sale system which allows for scanning of item bar codes to add to transaction
o Hardline/Softline merchandise
o Concession items
• Credit/Debit Card and cash remittance with the ability to charge credit card processing fees to customer
