Detailed Description Container identification system

The Ibbenbüren construction and service company (hereinafter referred to as the client or AG or Bibb) intends to introduce a container identification system in 2025 for the purposes of monitoring connection to the waste collection system, adhering to the registered cycle, electronic container inventory, route optimization, and improving complaint management. Full use will begin on January 1, 2026. For this purpose, the containers for residual and organic waste as well as waste paper (PPK) at those required to be connected will be retrofitted with RFID transponders and container/barcode labels, electronically assigned, and public relations work will be carried out in the form of citizen notification letters and a service hotline. The container retrofitting must take place outside of the NRW summer holidays and must be completed by October 15, 2025 at the latest.
