Detailed Description Delivery of POS Materials

The framework agreement includes the delivery of POS and marketing materials to be used at the Customer's dealers in Denmark. The products must be delivered to the Customer, the Customer's distributor and to 6 warehouses in Denmark. The Customer requests various POS and marketing materials to be placed for shorter or longer periods at the Customer's dealers. In addition, advice is requested in connection with the development of POS. The Customer's consumption and delivery pattern of products in 2024 is shown in Table 1 in Appendix 1 - Requirements Specification. It is expected that the annual consumption will be similar during the contract period.
