1. The subject of the order is the sale by the Contractor of single-use public transport tickets to the Ordering Party and their further resale by the Ordering Party. 2. The Ordering Party sells tickets through selected post offices, subordinate to the Katowice Trade Department, ul. Mielżyńskiego 5, 41-849 Zabrze, at prices consistent with their currently applicable face value. 3. Orders will be placed by Poczta Polska SA Katowice Trade Department. 4.
