Detailed Description Delivery of Ticket Sales System for the needs of Public Transport in Krakow

The subject of the order is the delivery of a ticket sales system for the needs of the Krakow Public Transport (hereinafter: the System) together with the service of maintenance and service support.

The order consists of the following elements:
1. basic scope: - delivery of the System together with mobile applications, - delivery of devices necessary for the operation of the System, - launch, configuration and licensing of the System, - service of maintenance, support and service of the System (including mobile applications and devices);
2. optional scope: -
option 1 - integration of the System with the National Electronic Identification Node (login.gov.pl), -
option 2 - integration of the System with the stationary ticket vending machine system, -
