1. The subject of the order is* the sale and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of brand new and unused Devices for operating the GS1 system intended for counting and recording monetary values, with the system software installed on them, and the provision of a guarantee for the delivered Devices.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the Specification of Order Conditions (SWZ). *Definitions of terms used in capital letters can be found in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
