To procure an industry-grade, secure, and compliant FICA biometric verification solution to enable remote, seamless, and legally compliant onboarding and identity verification of employees, customers, beneficiaries and businesses (which seek to provide goods or render services to Postbank), leveraging biometric technologies integrated with Postbank, Department of Home Affairs (DHA)’s Automated Biometric Identification Systems (ABIS) and third-party data sources, for a period of three (3) years

The service provider will have to deliver a fully integrated FICA Biometrics Verification Solution which will have to meet the requirements below:
