Detailed Description Offering a cashless payment solution for schools and clubs in Roskilde Municipality

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of a cashless payment solution for primary schools and clubs in Roskilde Municipality. The purchase is made as Hardware as a Service and includes the delivery, installation and setup of payment terminals, as well as means of payment, as well as service, operation and hosting of the entire cashless payment system. Students in the primary schools and clubs covered by contract appendix 7 must be able to purchase goods in the school canteen using a cashless payment solution. The solution must be usable by all students from 0th to 9th grade and must be easy to use for all students in this age range. In the same way as when purchasing in the school canteen, children enrolled in Roskilde Municipality's clubs must be able to purchase food and materials in the club using the cashless payment solution.
