Detailed Description Provision of Leap Card Services - Supply, Distribution, Configuration and Sales - sourcing, maintenance and management of the smart card stock (MIFARE DESFire)

The NTA aims to secure a supplier who shall supply, configure, print and issue initially four different types of personalised Leap Cards for the purposes of offering discounted or free travel fares to verified eligible cardholders. Note that each of these Cards shall require different customisations including separate branding and personalisation requirements: 1. Student Leap Card; 2. Child 16-18 Leap Card; 3. Young Adult Leap Card; and 4. Child 5-8 Leap Card. The Services include the following major elements: i. the Successful Tenderer will be responsible for the sourcing, maintenance and management of the smart card stock (MIFARE DESFire).
