The purpose of this tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement on behalf of the Ministry of Defense for various different types of gift cards. Gift cards include both digital and physical cards, primarily issued to employees for (special) occasions, achievements, and the like. These could include gift cards for individual rewards and/or anniversaries. Gift cards can also be used as a token of appreciation for external individuals who have made a contribution, for example. The person ordering the gift card will determine for each order which gift card(s) is/are most appropriate for the (group of) individuals and/or situation in question. The contracted supplier must therefore offer a wide range of different gift cards that can be redeemed widely, meaning at many physical and/or online stores, and/or gift cards that can be redeemed for a wide range of products and services.
