Detailed Description Processing and archiving of photographs for the electronic health card

The electronic health card (eGK) has served as proof of eligibility for Mobil Krankenkasse's services since January 1, 2015. Mobil Krankenkasse (hereinafter also referred to as the client) requires a photograph from all insured persons aged 15 and older for the eGK. The process for obtaining the photograph involves the client sending a written request to the client's insured persons to submit a photograph (hereinafter also referred to as "photo," "image," or "picture"), followed by the processing of the photograph by the service provider. The written request asks the client to upload the photograph online via an upload module. Alternatively, the insured person can download a form personalized with a QR code from the client's website, print it out, and affix the passport-sized photograph to it.
