The tender includes a contract for the delivery and operation of a ticket system. Musikhuset Aarhus wants to acquire a system that can handle ticket sales for all performances in Musikhuset. Musikhuset wants to acquire a standard solution, but also wants the system to be a configurable standard/framework system that can support Musikhuset's requirements and needs. Overall, the system must support Musikhuset's continued digitalization, efficiency improvement and optimization of ticket sales. Musikhuset wants to enter into an agreement with a bidder who wants to enter into a collaboration with Musikhuset on the best possible utilization of the system. This must first and foremost be done through an implementation process, where the system is configured in an interaction with Musikhuset's business needs and work processes.
