Supply of a system for issuing purchase orders, according to the specifications. The technical specifications indicating a specific origin, source, production, a special process, a trademark or trade mark, a patent, a manufacturing license, are mentioned only for the easy identification of the type of product and do NOT have the effect of favoring or eliminating certain economic operators or certain equipment. These specifications will always be considered as having the mention "or equivalent". The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification addressed within the deadline provided for in section I.3 (20 days) on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, so as to comply with the provisions of art. 160-161 of Law 98/2016
