Detailed Description Renewal of parking meters, supply of spare parts and related services in the paid parking zones of the Le Mans Métropole urban community

This consultation aims to conclude a framework agreement as regulated by Articles R.2162-1 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code. The Le Mans Métropole urban community has entrusted the operation of on-street parking to SEM Cénovia through a public service delegation concession contract, effective January 1, 2025, for a period of ten years. Cénovia, the concession holder for Le Mans Métropole, is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and replacement of parking meters.
