Detailed Description Technical project management assistance for ticketing and passenger information projects across all SYTRAL Mobilités networks

This consultation concerns a technical project management assistance (AMOT) mission for the implementation of upgrades to the ticketing and passenger information systems of the TCL network. The services are divided into several types of missions, to be initiated as needed according to the priorities defined by SYTRAL Mobilités.
These missions include:
- Assistance in managing upgrades to the ticketing system;
- Assistance in renewing hardware and software for the Open Payment service;
- Assistance in managing upgrades to remote sales and passenger information software;
- Study and management of the renewal of remote sales and passenger information software;
- Assistance in implementing a TCL MAS service.
