Detailed Description EA Security Management Systeem

Scalda wishes to enter into an agreement with one (1) supplier for a Security Management System, including cameras, access control, and video intercom. Scalda currently uses a CCTV infrastructure based on Pelco cameras combined with Digital Sentry management software. The first delivery took place in 2009, after which this was implemented in phases per location. In 2018, additional cameras were replaced. The CCTV infrastructure is technically and financially depreciated and is due for replacement. Scalda is seeking a supplier for a manageable security system for monitoring and surveillance of its work and learning environment. Scalda offers education primarily in the province of Zeeland. The school buildings in which work and education are provided are spread throughout the province. This involves a total of eight buildings in the cities of Vlissingen (2), Middelburg (1), Goes (3), and Terneuzen (2).
