Detailed Description Access control system – Initial consultation regarding the procurement of system support, services and hardware for access management including a new ID card system

Looking for a comprehensive on-prem solution for the administration of access control, covering all locations and individual accesses. This corresponds to an estimated approx. 400 locations and 10,000 individual user profiles, where a personally traceable log of all accesses must be kept. The system must comply with legal requirements, cf. Executive Order No. 260 with special focus on Section 37. In addition, a new ID card system is desired, which must be compatible with the administration of access control. It must be an ID card system where must be able to design and print ID cards, preferably on sustainable material.
