Detailed Description Credit Card Acquirer Services - To provide debit and credit card payment processing services, meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachments

The City seeks proposals from proponents with capability, expertise and resources to provide debit and credit card payment processing services.

To obtain a debit and credit card payment processing service provider (the “Credit Card Acquirer”) for an initial term of five (5) years with the option to extend up to two (2) two-year extensions for a total possible term of nine (9) years.

At a high-level, the City expects the successful proponent to:
1. Increase the City’s Productivity and Operational Efficiency
• Expand and enhance electronic collection and payment channels
• Deliver clear, detailed transaction reporting and reconciliation
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the municipal business environment
