Detailed Description Delivery of Gift Cards for End of Year Gifts

The contract concerns the supply of Gift Cards to the Ministry of Defence (hereinafter: the Contracting Authority) for the purpose of an end-of-year employee bonus from the Contracting Authority to its employees. These Gift Cards can be exchanged for a variety of end-of-year gifts through a selection concept in the Contractor's online store. The Supplier offers various optional items annually through an online store, offering a wide selection of different Gifts in various product groups and price ranges. In addition, it must be possible for the Contracting Authority's employees to exchange the Gift Cards for Gift Cards for online stores as well as for spending in physical stores. An individual Gift Card represents a fixed value of €50, including VAT. The value of the Gift Cards is reviewed every three years, starting in 2027.
