GeoSphere Austria is introducing a new, preferably cloud-based, system for personnel and time management. The two existing systems will be replaced.

Description : GeoSphere Austria is implementing a new, preferably cloud-based, personnel and time management system. The goal is to replace existing systems, digitize and optimize HR processes, and integrate all relevant functions such as time tracking, project time recording, absence management, shift planning, workflows, and reporting. The system must comply with legal requirements (GDPR, working time laws), adhere to the highest security standards (ISO 27001, NIS-2), be scalable, and enable automated data exchange with external systems. Additionally, a user-friendly self-service portal will be provided, including approval workflows and powerful reporting capabilities.
