Detailed Description Renewal of the corporate and personalized payment card contract for EDF Group employees

This contract concerns the supply and management of individual, named corporate payment cards, as well as associated services, for business travel and specific overhead expenses of EDF Group employees. The payment methods cover, in particular, business expenses not centrally paid through the Group's Travel tools (additional services, meals, taxis, fuel, miscellaneous expenses). The contract applies to EDF Group entities, primarily in France (mainland and overseas departments and territories), as well as internationally, notably for certain European subsidiaries. The cardholders are EDF Group employees required to travel for business.
