Detailed Description Documents in the PIK HL7 standard e-Health Center (9 documents) and integration with CeZ in the scope of digitization of treatment cards - Digitization + indexing

The subject of the contract includes: 1. Documents in the PIK HL7 e-Health Center standard (9 documents) - 1 set. Expansion of hospital systems. Expanding EDM with new statutory documents, integration with the P1 platform for the indicated documents, along with monitoring the level of their indexation by 9 documents: - histopathological test descriptions, - cytological test descriptions, - oncological diagnostic and treatment card (e-DILO), - oncological treatment plan, - Patient Summary (Patient Health Card), - cardiology care card (e-KOK), - emergency medical records, - medical records of the air ambulance team, - occupational medicine documents (medical certificate document and guidelines resulting from working conditions or the workplace).
