1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 15 ABC (Automated Border Control) biometric gates – an automatic border control system. The description and method of order execution are included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (DPO), which constitutes Appendix 2 to the ToR. 2. Whenever the subject matter of the order is described in the ToR, including the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, which constitutes Appendix 2 to the ToR, by indicating trademarks, standards, patents, or the source of a detailed process, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution. 3.
