K25161 Delivery, design, installation and commissioning of the asset protection system of the Tengerszem ui site Continuation of point II. 2.4.) (BT-24): The Reference Products provided by the Contracting Authority within the framework of Annex No. 1 serve to precisely define the individual devices, and the Contracting Authority also accepts the offer of devices equivalent to these Reference Products (i.e. the products of the specified make) if the offered devices comply with the technical parameters specified in column E of Annex No. 1. Equivalence only exists if the offered device fully complies with the equivalence parameters specified in the table. In case of doubt, it is the responsibility of the tenderer to prove equivalence.
