Detailed Description	Prepaid Card Solutions GOS is developing a suite of alternative payment solutions for situations where traditional payment tools such as direct deposits or cheques are not feasible or practical. The goal is not to replace payments via direct deposit, but to ensure additional payment options are available when required, such as when issuing payments to clients needing funds on an emergency basis, or to clients who do not have access to a bank account or government issued photo identification. The focus of this RFS is a physical prepaid card solution, however Proponents may include additional alternative payment tools in their submissions provided the proposal includes physical prepaid cards. Ideally, the solution would be available to issue payments by April 30, 2026, if required for emergency responses.
