Detailed Description Expansion of the library network of the Public Central Library using RFID technology for lending systems, development of digital applications for wine & implementation of a communication program and promotional activities

With the proposed intervention "Strengthening the digital infrastructure of the Public Central Library in the direction of Improving the digital experience of the residents and visitors of the region", it is attempted:
I. on the one hand, the expansion of the network of Libraries of the Public Central Library with the use of RFID technology for lending systems in areas and
II. and on the other hand, the development of the Thematic Wine Library with the cooperation of relevant thematic bodies of the region.
