Detailed Description Automated Asset Management using RFID and BLE - Automated Asset Management Using Passive Radiofrequency Identification and Bluetooth Low Energy

The purpose of this contract is to maintain, expand and enhance our existing automated asset management platform (AAMP), expand its capabilities, and integrate Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) technologies to bridge the gap between active RTLS and passive RFID solutions.


The Contractor shall provide the professional services, hardware, and software required by individual Task Orders (TOs) for the maintenance and expansion of our AAMP at our HCS. The proposed work must include at least:
• Technology and Project Management: master project plan, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Requirements and System Design: workflow discovery, architecture for CenTrak RTLS/RFID/BLE integration, coverage maps, and unified asset data model.
